The current CMSP training program offering the MSF Basic RiderCourse (BRC) ceases on December 31, 2014. Effective January 1, 2015, a new program will go into effect; however, that course training is not expected to be ready for the first few months of the new year.
You are encouraged to participate in training now to obtain a CA DMV license waiver (DL 389), but you must be sure you can commit to the full schedule for which you enroll, as there will be no options for you to obtain a CA DMV license waiver (DL 389) under the BRC after December 31, 2014.
